Pedro began his career as an auditor with Moore & Stephens in 1987. During a prestigious and diverse career, Pedro has held senior positions across a number of major Telecoms and global construction groups.

Paulo has 30 years of experience in the construction, concessions and services industries, both in Portugal and abroad. He spent 25 years at the Mota-Engil Group, the largest Services and Construction Company in Portugal.

A multilingual international entrepreneur who, over a thirty-year career, has been involved in 29 start-ups and turnarounds across ten countries in a variety of sectors: automotive manufacturing, distribution and retail; telecommunications; food processing; financial services; aviation; real-estate.
